The unit is equipped with the latest high tech machines from all over the world with a production capacity of 5000 units of lamps per shift that can be scaled-up to meet any further requirement of increasing demand. The unit has the state of the art test equipment to ensure high quality products that are in line with the current standards. Our products are energy-saving and longer-life lighting products like T5 Tubes, Sunlight e-lamps and CFL. ‘CS’ T5 tube is designed mainly for the replacement market to retrofit fluorescent tube from Traditional T8 tube to T5 tube. By introducing "Tube in Tube" technology with built in high efficiency T5 tubes system inside the limited space. As tested and inspected, High efficiency means high power factor more than 96, Total harmonic distortion less than 10%, total saving of power consumption can be up to 50% or more than that, long lifetime as compared with common type T8 tube. All the existing T8 lamp fixture has still been used but it takes all the advantage generated from T5 tube. Billion Light is the only company in India manufacturing Induction Lamps. Our brand name is e-Lamp (Sunlight Electrodeless Discharge lamp). The e-Lamp (Sunlight Electrodeless Discharge lamp) has many special advantages. Such as Long life-span, wide input voltage range from 135V to 260V AC, High-energy efficient, Strong reliability, High power-factor, high-efficiency, low harmonic content, low temperature quick start, steady luminous output, etc., With the operating frequency of more than 2MHz, there is no stroboscopic effect to strain your eyes. The Products are suitable for Industrial lighting, Workshops, Super markets, Warehouses, Large-scale Conference Room, Offices, Tunnels, City lighting, Street lighting etc. Especially in the place where the light source is difficult to replace or the light field has a high cost. Future Plans Our future plans are to setup a manufacturing unit for tubes and also PCB for CFL lamps. The manufacturing of T5 Tube Lamps will be restarted next month and expected to sell 3,000 to 5,000 per month. Presently the availability of raw materials is the constraint. CFL Lamps The production of CFL Lamps is 30 to 40 thousand per day and 1 Lakh per month. Planning for PCB production for CFL Lamps for our use and also for reselling, the capacity will be 50,000 to 1 Lakh and likely to increase as demands grow. Also planning to manufacture capsule plant with a capacity of 50,000 per shift and 1 lakh per month and eventually will reach 10,000 per day by the end of the year. Induction Lamps We are the only small scale unit company manufacturing induction lamps in India. Established good market in Northern India and the sales have reached 5-6 crores per year.
