The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the governing educational body, has made some changes in the pattern of examination. Popular exam pattern of grades CCE (Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation) and term system has been abolished by the CBSE since 2017. As per Class 10 new Exam Assessment Pattern, now a single annual exam (board exam) will be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). CBSE Class 10th Board exam will comprise 80 marks. However, for the remaining 20 marks students will be analyzed by respective schools through internal assessment.
