Barkatullah University



Barkatullah University of Bhopal is the biggest central university in Bhopal. It is spread over a sprawling four hundred acres. It is just ten minutes drive from the Habibganj railway station along the Hoshangabad highway. It houses several large blocks and units for various departments, administrative offices, hotel and guest accommodations, restaurants, faculty rooms, post office, and printing press, etc. It also runs a parallel Institute of Open and Distance Education. University Institute of Technology, Department of Pharmacy and the Institute of Management make it a multidisciplinary university.
