Among the 17 disciplines of sports that were planned to be played at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, Aquatics is one of the most important. Aquatics have been taking place in Commonwealth Games, since a long time. At the 2010 Commonwealth Games, the aquatics were scheduled to be held from 4th to 13th October at the "Swimming Pool Complex" of the "Talkatora Gardens" in Delhi. Swimming is a core sport in the aquatics segment.
