BBK DAV College for Women, Amritsar


BBK DAV College for Women was established in 1967 in Amritsar. Formerly this college was known as DAV College for Women. Later in the year 1979, the institute was renamed as BBK DAV College for Women.
This educational institute has received an accreditation of A+ from National Assessment and Accreditation Council or NAAC of Bangalore. The college has also been recognized by University Grants Commission, New Delhi.

BBK DAV College for Women in Amritsar is a learning center where higher education is catered to the women of the state of Punjab. Among the colleges in Amritsar, BBK DAV College for Women is a well known name.

The college has two terms in an academic year. The first term continues from July to November and the second term starts from January and ends in April.
