Besides being a yoga guru and a strong proponent of Ayurveda, Baba Ramdev is also a business maven. He is a co-founder of Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. He is handling this worldwide famous brand with his colleague Acharya Balkrishna. Being the founder of a business empire worth Rs.30 billion, Ramdev’s net worth is greater than many corporate honchos. A prominent face of the anti-corruption movement, Ramdev was one of the nine people invited by Modi to join the ‘Clean India’ campaign. He has recently announced his plans to open 500 schools to revive Gurukul system of education in India.
