The 2024 Indian general election in Madhya Pradesh will unfold in four phases, spanning from 19th April to 13th May, electing 29 representatives to the 18th Lok Sabha. The Election Commission of India unveiled the schedule on 16th March 2024, upholding its mandate to ensure free and fair polling across all constituencies. The genesis of Madhya Pradesh's legislature dates back to 1913, with the establishment of the Central Provinces Legislative Council. The present-day state emerged on November 1, 1956, following the reorganisation of states.
