Bilha is a city in the district of Bilaspur that is in turn, a part of the Indian state, Chhattisgarh. The state of Chhattisgarh has been formed in the recent past of the Indian history. Bilha is a prominent city and a Nagar Panchayat of the Bilaspur District. The district is situated in the Northwestern part of the state of Chhattisgarh.
