Birgao City

Birgao is a city that falls in the district of Raipur. The district is situated in the center of Chhattis-garh State that has been formed in the very recent past of India's history. The district of Raipur is the capital of the state of Chhattisgarh.

As per the census of the year 2001, the total population of the city of Birgaon is twenty-three thousand three hundred and fifty-two, out of which the males comprise of fifty-four percent while the female members in the city comprise of forty-six percent.

The Birgao City has the average literacy rate of sixty percent, whereas that of the country is about fifty-nine percent. Seventy percent is the average literacy rate of males in the town and that of the females is only forty-eighty percent.
